Morning (6:30 - 7:00 AM) 🌅

Warm Lemon Water 🍋 + 1 tsp soaked chia seeds 🌿

✅ OR Green Tea 🍵 + 5 soaked almonds 🌰


Breakfast (8:00 - 9:00 AM) 🍽️

🥣 Oats Upma with veggies 🌽🥕 OR Moong Dal Chilla with mint chutney 🌿

  • A glass of buttermilk 🥛


Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 AM) 🍏

🍎 1 Fruit (Apple/Guava/Pear) OR 🥜 Handful of roasted nuts


Lunch (1:00 - 2:00 PM) 🍛

🍚 1 bowl Brown Rice OR 2 Roti (Multigrain) 🌾

🥗 Mixed Veg Sabzi (Less oil, no deep-frying) 🥦🥕

🥣 1 bowl Dal (Moong/Masoor) 🍲

🥒 Salad (Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, Lemon dressing)


Evening Snack (4:30 - 5:00 PM) ☕

Green Tea OR Herbal Tea 🍵

🍪 2 Roasted Makhana OR Handful of Chana


Dinner (7:30 - 8:30 PM) 🌙

🥗 Veg Soup OR 1 Bowl Daliya/Khichdi 🥣

🥙 1 Roti + Lightly Cooked Sabzi


Before Bed (10:00 PM) 🌙

🥛 Haldi Milk OR Warm Water


Additional Tips 📌

Drink 2-3 liters of water daily 💧

Walk 10,000 steps per day 🚶‍♀️

Avoid sugar, junk food, and processed items 🚫🍕

Get 7-8 hours of sleep 💤
